At your free consultation, your Traditions rep will go over what you’re looking for, take pictures, take measurements, and make a sketch. You’ll be able to ask more questions and see past examples of our work.

Using our proprietary software, your rep will create one or several proposal options and get them emailed out to you, often within a day or two.

Once a proposal is finalized and accepted, we’ll invoice your down payment and order the product needed.

Starting around mid-to-late October, our installation crews are out all day, every day installing our clients projects!

Our removal crews are out beginning in early January and continue through early-to-mid February.

All lights and décor is safely stored in Traditions’ warehouse, located in Middleton, WI, until the following season.
