Oak Forest

This landscape lighting project, located in Madison, had a goal to light several large oak trees in this client’s front yard. With the home being built on a hill, our clients are able to sit on their front porch and watch a beautiful sunset. After the sun goes down, however, they wanted to have something else in their front yard. That’s where the low voltage landscape lights came into play.

Our team made a design utilizing many Kichler uplights with higher wattage LED bulbs to reach the top of these oak trees. Starting at the driveway entrance, we were able to shine light into a large canopy over the road. Then, in an effort to lead guests to the front door, we included a few path lights along their sidewalk.

An added benefit to this lighting display is security. With the home being on the edge of town, surrounded by woods, it can often be very dark. Adding all these lights around the home will help keep unwanted trespassers from getting too close.
