Summer time in Wisconsin… the perfect setting to spend time with friends & family outside. Because of harsh winters in the Midwest, we take every chance we can to get some fresh air when the weather finally warms up. This cafe lighting project in Stevens Point made it possible for guests to enjoy that experience longer into the night, with the subtle glow of lights overhead. This multi-purpose location consists of a beautiful golf course, delicious restaurant, spectacular wedding venue, and even community tennis courts. With all that traffic, the demand for outside sitting is clear. Distributed over several fire pits and seating arrangements, our cafe light layout was designed to illuminate every section of the outdoor space. Each run of lights starts in a condensed location above the walkway. From there, however, they fan out in all directions, making the space feel even larger. To get the correct spacing, our team utilized steel cable between trees as an anchoring point. As with all our cafe light displays, these light runs were reinforced with cable in order to protect the strands from the windy summer weather.
